refunds
One email, any day, no reason needed. Here is everything, including what isn't decided yet.
A place in the first hundred is $1, and it is refundable at any time, for any reason, in full. Write hello@ambielo.com with the word refund. No form, no call, no "are you sure?". It's returned the same week, to the card or wallet you paid with.
The dollar sits in the company's bank account, untouched. It isn't a purchase, a down payment or an investment, and nothing is ever charged to you on its own.
You choose. Your dollar comes back to you, or it goes toward your ambielo. If you buy, that's a purchase you make then. If ambielo never ships, the dollar comes back.
The list is free, so there's nothing to refund. Leave it any time with the unsubscribe link in any email, or by writing to hello@ambielo.com.
Neither is on sale yet. The return window for the devices is set before the store opens in January 2027, and it will be written on this page before anyone can buy one.
Ambielo LLC, Orlando, Florida. hello@ambielo.com. Payments are taken by Shopify, with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay or a card.
Join the list for free, or hold a place in the first hundred for $1 — refundable, and yours to put toward it when it's ready.
